if you're looking for a banger chicken recipe, look no further, this is the one. chilli lime chicken + mango avocado salsa is a fan favourite for me. its amazing on its own but it super versatile. it can be served with rice and made into a burrito bowl, it can be served on a salad, made into a sandwich, the opportunities here are plentiful.

Chilli Lime Chicken
- 4 chicken breast boneless + skinless
- 2 limes juiced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tsp soy sauce sub tamari
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne
Mango Avocado Salsa
- 1 mango cubed
- 1 avocado cubed
- ½ red onion diced
- 1 jalapeño diced
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- 1 lime juiced
- kosher salt to taste
Chilli Lime Chicken
Clean and prep chicken breasts, set aside.
In a large bowl or plastic bag, add lime juice, olive oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic, chilli powder, paprika, cayenne + cumin. Add chicken to mixture and let marinate for a minimum 1 hour to overnight.
When ready to cook, preheat grill to 400 degrees F. Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees F. Remove from grill and set aside until ready to serve.
Mango Avocado Salsa
In a large bowl combine mango, avocado, jalapeño, onion, lime juice, cilantro + salt. Serve with chicken.
